Default Any good way to get noise out of photos?

I have some decent night time shots but I was messing around in manual mode and forgot to turn ISo back on so I could lower it.. and now I have a ton of noise in my best night time photos

Topaz DeNoise in terms of quality is by far (very far) the best for Panasonic cameras, it filters completely all the artifacts and it actually recovers (or at least seems to) data from images, while others just smooth the noise. These cameras tends to generate some yellow/blue noise that are not present in DSLRs and other denoise apps are focused on them, so they doesn't detect very well this peculiar kind of noise.

I compared Noise Ninja and Topaz side-by-side with various settings and Topaz is much better. It's very slow though.
