G'day mate
Oohhhh mate - it's wonderful > it'll get awards from the building industry for its 'beauty' and 'unique design' and its 'creativity' ... However, it's still unfinished - the timber frame is still visible at the extreme top of the facade, so maybe there's still more excitement to come Regards, Phil

It's modelled on the buildings around NY's & Tokyo's CBD where you can't see the building for the advertising hoardings.... Regards, Phil
