The craters are showing up well. I also see patches of green, like algae on dry rock. Agreed this output is good for handheld, but I am sure you can get better results if you either use a tripod or rest the camera on a solid surface and shoot. Well done, and keep trying in more settings as well.

Btw, this is what I got today.

f/2.8, ISO 400, 1/1300 sec, so no need for a tripod. The moon is getting brighter by the day, so I can go for higher aperture, lower ISO or even faster shutter speed or a combination of all. Let us try!
