It's actually a phenomenal shot.

It might even be desired by many as a wall hanger.

For me, the only thing might be (and I say might be since it would just be a personal preference to a specific individual) is to crop slightly to emphasize the surfer. On the other hand, the ocean waters by themself are spectacular as a sight.

Or ..... if it's Hawaii then just leave the PIX as is and bump up the selling price.
