Default Looking skywards. (FZ70/72)

Shot just as the moon was about to be swamped in cloud.

With the cloud gone, I went a bit beserk and decided to look for the US flag

The camera was held by hand and supported by a short tripod which has bendy legs, located on the window sill. I was amazed by how little noise and blur there was.some noise is noticable in the area of the craters.
Taken in P mode with Iresolution and digital zoom on. Focal length (35mm equiv.) = 1800mm plus full digital zoom which gave a zoom factor of 450 x !!!!

Thank you Jim. The colouring of the sky below the moon as it gradually disappeared really caught my eye, and luckily I managed to capture it.

No werewolfs, and I didn't see any witches on broomsticks either !

Hopefully you saw both photos as they look on our pc's and tablet here. Yesterday I happened to view them on a Friends HP laptop running Windows 8, his desktop background was a very beautiful vivd landscape photo, but these 2 photos looked dreadful, the first hardly had any colour, the orange and blue colouring of the cloud was pretty well non existant and the second photo had looked like a B+W photo instead of having the light beige tint. All my photos when viewed on his machine seemed to lack yellow toning. That has really made me wonder how they look on other peoples screens.
