Jake -

In light of the fact that Mr. Dahmer was slain in prison a decade ago, I would advise against his consumption. Meat this old - even if refrigerated and properly sealed, can cause all manner of gastrointestinal illness... from salmonella to botulism to a bad case of trapped gaz* (hope you have some Beano handy). Judging from the picture you posted, it appears you didn't even cooked him properly! Even though I, likewise, prefer red meat prepared rare, who knows not to do that in this day in age?

... just try'n to watch out for you buddy.

Nick T.

Note: if ever traveling to Philadelphia, the proper pronounciation of "gas" is "gaz"... with a "z" at the end. "After eating a plate of beans, Mary felt very gazzzy". It is also acceptable to use the plural form of the pronoun "you" when refering to a group. "Youse" guys on this forum take nice pictures.
