Nice shots. You are off to a great start.

Like #1 very much. (By the way, those little creatures are Mircats not raccoons.)

The bell is well framed.

The flower needs to be cropped closer.

thanks everyone for the kind words.

Jussiuk, these pink flemingo's are from Singapore Bird Park. the field doesnt extend more than a few feets on each side near the entrance. however they do have the biggest collection which is concentrated at a bigger lake in the heart of the park.

Lovelife, It was very kind of you to point out the missing peices, and i thank you for that. i have been using manual setting right after my first day with the camera and knowing a thing or two about optics has certainly helped with understanding manual settings faster. however, the most important thing is although i might have started capturing photos on a camera only a month ago, i have been capturing them in my mind for a very long time.

perhaps with practice i will get better.
