ive been looking at wideangles for awhile, and narowed it down to the dcr-6600pro, but when i was looking for the best price, i came across the hd-6600pro for alittle bit more money, and whanted to know waht the differences where and if the hd-6600 was worth the extra money.

For the HD model the rear mount is 58mm compared with 52mm for the DCR. This should reduce the problem with darkening in the corners. I have been looking at getting one of these lenses as well so if you decide to get one please let me know what you think of it.
