I use the highest resolution, but use the "Standard" quality setting, not the "Fine". Standard yields twice as many pictures on each card, and I still haven't been able to see a quality difference even in 100% crops.

There is another thread about this topic around here somewhere, but I don't think it ever reached any definitive answers as to why Fine give any better results over Standard.

Oh, and I 2nd what Hiroshi says below. I use the same Kingmax hi-speedcard, got it from newegg.com (which has a whole new look to it, btw).

Hazz, I forgot to mention that if you're in the market for a 1GBcard so you can shoot 400 full jpeg pics, NEWEGG.COM has the KINGMAX 1GB 60x high-speed card for$81.93. I have the card and it works great.
