unless you have a TTL flash/camera then you need to angle the flash at least 45 degrees when using the diffuser. the diffuser's guide says to never shoot straight unless the flash has TTL capabilities:arrow:

Is it just a money thing or does the 383 actually perform better then the pana flash?
