Beautiful weekend here. Sunny and in the 70's so I load up the family and head to Cades Cove, a primitive settlement area in the Smokies known for it's beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife (I think we spotted over 60 deer along the 12 mile loop). Of course I took the fz30 along. My second shot was a macro of some flowers, and then brilliant me, I forgot to move the switch out of macro af. Shot the rest of the day (around 140 pictures) on macro. Many were either full zoom of deer feeding in the fields or wide panorama shots. Oh well, live and learn I suppose. This would be what many of my IT friends refer to as User Error: ID 10 T. :?

I know the feeling .....ittakes a while to remember to check for the settings......I could also use a warning horn when I get off my favorite settings.
