went to one of the parks in town this afternoon hoping for some green herons or something, but the birds were all sleeping, so i settled for a rugby game between the Eastside Rugby Club (local team) and Portland... since i played rugbyin my younger days, i was interested when i saw the game in progress, and stopped for some photos.the Eastside (in green) won the match with a last minute field-goal drop-kicked through the uprights with 30 seconds left. light was lousy, either too dark or right into a washed-out sky. shot in "S" mode, 1/320 sec, from the bleachers with no conveter. oh, for a faster AF!!!

Good shots - I've never really been successful if the lights been poor at a sports event.
