I am clearly doing something wrong. I have a LUMIX FZ30 and can't seem to get closeups in focus. For instance, if I want flower details. Do I set it to macro, use the telephoto to about 8-10X and shoot? When I press the button where I normally get the scene in focus, it goes wildly out of focus and I don't get a shot. What am I doing wrong? Please explain macro to me. I don't want to buy additional lenses. I thought what I see posted can be done with the FZ30 out of the box. Please help, I am ignorant.
