Just received my new FZ30 from B&H.

My question is: When the camera is off, is it normal to hear what sounds like something clicking or tipping back and forth inside if you move it around in your hand?

Thanks in advance.

Bruce, Just checked mine and didn't hear anything !? Take a look and see if the battery and memory card is properly seated. When the camera is on some sounds are normal. Jim

Bruce, have you figured out what is going on with the sound you are hearing from inside your camera? If not take the battery out of the camera and the memory card also. now ther should be no sound and if there is you may have a loose section in the lens. Perhaps one of the pieces not seated properly. Are you having problems with the cameralike aninability to focus ? Let us know what happens please
