Default help with sky

How can I get the sky a more uniform color laterally? I made this from about 7 pictures converted to pseudo-HDR then stitched in PSE7. Thanks for any suggestions/edits.

Generally use manual exposure and manual white balance, that should fix it.

i think this may be more of a problem with the HDR.

However, I am not seeing a real reason to use HDR here. the light looks pretty good. i think just a well-processed Non-HDR would give you plenty of detail here and a better looking sky.

hdr would do better with a cloudy sky

I too think it's and hdr issue - have you tried with stitching the original images just to compare?
