Default VR tour

Broke down and bought PTViewer Scripter, a GUI front end to create 360x180 views. Since I don't have a fisheye lens and don't have the endurance to stitch a 360x180 from images made with a 35mm equiv lens, I simply padded the images with white space at the top and bottom and limited the vertical tilt to +-27 degrees (half the field of vertical FOV).

Does work well, though having all the extra space at the top and bottom does slow things down since PTViewer has to transform pixels that are never shown.
