Default Stitching Software

Does anyone know of software that will stitch both up and down and side to side? I would like to stitch 10 wide and 3 deep. In that case I would albo look for a professional printing service that could handle a 30"x72" poster.

I use Canon Stitch (for fast easy stitching), but also Panorama Factory, which is really great.

But try looking here:

Panorama Tools is the best for stitching, but it is the most difficult to use. Though I use Panorama Factory for simple stitching jobs, I have no idea how it could be made to work with 3 rows.

What is the final field of view of your stitched panorma and what is the subject? With wide a field of view there are unavoidable projection distortions that might result in an unacceptable image on flat paper. As an example, this is about a 210 degree FOV - three rows of eight images each stitched with Panorama Tools.

The "landscape" part looks OK, but the "arcitectural" part shows projection distortion. All of the deck planks are straight and parallel.

The only way I know to deal with that is to limit the FOV with a viewer. See http://www.tc.umn.edu/~horma001/deck...eck021019.html for the same image above shown through PTViewer.

I guess Easypano Panoweaver will be your choice. http://www.easypano.com/panoweaver.htm
Panoweaver is capable of stitching 360*180 spherical and cubic panos from either 2 or 3 fisheye images.
