Here is a link to several panorama tools for the Linux operating system.
Obviously, I didn't use any of them in the photo below ... lol. :lol:

Here is a panorama I attempted (using the gimp) to stitch together. Obviously I had alot to work out.
This was my very first attempt and I just wanted to get the overall effect. I know there are alot of things WRONG with the image, but I just liked having it all in one photo, even if it wasn't perfect

This was taken from an old water tower, and even though it isn't perfect, I learned quite a bit
from the experience You can see where every shot stops and starts, but it was a fun shot anyway

Very nice shot and as you say the seams ae very obvious. I have startrd using the free program autostitch. I am in Brooklyn, NY.

Snow storm just came to a end today. Here is a shot from my door, 3 shots with a Kodak DX7444.

It looks VERY cold there. I'm working on getting a stitching program working with my Linux system now, then I'll try the panorama thing again Hopefully with much better results.
