I was out to shoot some sunsets, and decided to try a pano of a local lake.Shot hand-held, in .Jpeg, and left WB on Auto. Plugged three shots into my Ulead Cool 360, which I had gotten included with Photoimpact, just to see what it would do. This was the result.

Other than some odd artifacts in top left and bottom right, I can't complain.

I think the artifacts in the corners are generated pixels to fill in otherwise
blankareas. The main problem is that the horizon is not level. I'm not familiar with
your stitcher to know if it provides any option for getting the horizonstraight and
level.

Could be. I'll have to do some more tests with it. I had been guessing it had to do with the lens correction, as I shot at 28mm equivalent.

I tried leveling the horizon, but correcting the slight tilt caused other problems. I think it may be due to the shoreline being so much closer on the left side.
