In a few months, I will have need of a fairly fast lens for some indoor portrait work (a whole new field for me!). I saw this $14 lens at KEH, and decided to spring for it. Here are a few test shots - would appreciate your input!
First some outdoor photos (yes, I did say this was for indoor portraits, but I wasn't indoors much for the past few days!) |

The outdoor photos seem a bit flat to me, compared to my usual 18-250 tamron. So I tried the sigma indoors. Most of my subjects were human, who did not want their photos posted here. But the canines couldn't object!. The first is at very low light (just one or two lightbulbs), the second with the camera's built-in flash.
