I know forum members use the Q system so why no posting at all? Just curious as i have often thought about it as a good walk about alternative to my DSLRs even though I would still need more than a pocket sized lens for birding.

Much like the J/V1.... little activity from the bijou ILC's...
As for Birding on a Pentax Q- how's about the Q to K lens mount adapter, turning a 300mm lens into an equivalent 1650mm lens on the Q...!!! http://www.techradar.com/news/photog...ounced-1096084 |

For some reason things never got started here, The other P forum has a very active Q area covering all that is Q, native lenses and adapted lenses and lots of pics.

That's because no one is looking here (you - and others ? - have Q posts in the Pentax DSLR forum) - I put up two posts here on March 30 (one a new thread) and no one responded. See the two threads immediately after yours.
