Very nice exposure and great use of the flash. The wood came out very natural without any massive reflections from the lightsource. If you cloned out the equipment and headless torso in the background this image would make a very nice portrait. as the background is very accomidating without those distractions.

I agree With CC here...Clone out the distractions and a great portrait is revealed! Very good Flash shot!
