The couple, a variation of an image I had seen some time ago. Got to love a 14mm lens.

I like the first shot and I think I will pinch the idea of the V formation in a future shoot :-)
For me the 2nd the bride is too rotated from the camera so not the most flattering, although the lighting from the window works well. The 3rd is more interesting than a lot of bridal party shots but feels a little cramped.... next time get them to book a more expensive hotel with bigger stair wells LOL ![]() The 4th is mainly let down by the need of 14mm giving uncomfortable distortions to the edges/corners. Finally, number 5, I like the idea, compositionand narrow dof, but it for me the studio is too 'sterile' for this so somewhere more natural would have been nicer probably the church. But even outside the studio or somewhere generally urban where the flowers and bride and groom make a nice contrast. You should post in the people photo section so more can get to see you work ![]() |

Ira,
Very nice! I would have double shot the Bride and Photoshoped the glare from the window out with a crop from a shot using the window to meter from but softened it up a bit. The angle thing is very in now, but I would have made the angle less severe, although to tell you the truth, I don't really care for that effect all that much anyway. Nice job on the lighting on the other shots and i like the V formation of the men a lot. Tom |
