These 3 shots are the best of about a dozen I took fairly quickly, the balloons can move quite fast.

Really nice shots. I always love shooting these guys. I like #1 the best because of the color contrasts and a beautiful sky.

great photos
i like the second one a good perspective of the balloon i recently went up in one, just outside Northam and can agree that they move fast my photos didnt come out to brilliant the lighting was very flat the landscape even flatter ![]() and once you have seen one paddock you have seen them all some things i did learn you cant take bags on board, so stuff your pockets with lenses ther eisnt much room to manouver in the basket once you are in a position you stay there fisheyes whilst different are not a great lens in a balloon there are heaps of wires and ropes dangling in the way if you want to have a look at results they are on my site http://www.johndolphin.net/photos/ca....php?cat_id=94

The lighting on the first one is outstanding! However, my favorite is the second one, it's such a great perspective. The third one is also excellent, a lovely series.
