Thanks, everyone. I'm sure glad I was at the beach and not the hazmat training. Not my idea of fun!

Ned - we'd probably still have all that snowcover too except for all the rain we've had lately. It's melted it all.

We were wondering the same thing about the sand. What you see in these images is a small percentage of what's actually just at that beach. All the others along the coast were the same way.

Sarah Joyce - And, yet another shift in the weather as we have rain and more rain falling now with flood watches in effect again. The rivers and creeks were already at peak this morning before it started!
