I was reading on the news websites that airlines are happy to to take the risk, but if I was a passenger waiting for a flight, I would rather wait. I am happy my lens being delayed if it means people are safe lol

Amen to that!

Nice fly photos too - would be even better if & when bright light returns, so you could capture more detail and DOF. But these are fine photos indeed - will look forward to seeing more of your great macro work!

You want some cruel love? I'll give you cruel love - buy a fly swatter! I'm just not crazy about flies, but your pictures are very good. Here's hoping you find a more pleasant insect to photograph next time - maybe a nice fuzzy killer bee? Seriously, you are getting good results with your combination, considering how tiny the dof is.

Mtngal : Ha Ha - that's pretty much all I can find at the moment ! I'm sure you will be happier when the butterflies / dragonflies arrive You are absolutely right about the tiny DOF ! I am really struggling with that at the moment - but that's half the fun
