Default Basketball at 6400 ISO

One of the reasons I bought the K-X was that the reviews said it handled the noise issue at high ISO better than most. Here's a shot at 6400 iso using the K-X with a Tamron AF 70-300 at F4.0, 1/320. Post processed with Noise Ninja.

yes, WB is off a bit. The exposure though looks good. Shot is also crooked - although that's easily fixed in post processing. Sharpness is missing but that's to be expected with 1/320, 6400 and that lens. So from the ISO 6400 standpoint I think the camera did a reasonable job - but if you're intending on doing more basketball you'll still need a better lens for the job. I think.

Nice action shot!
exposure looks good but, I think the noise software took out a lot of detail and sharpness.
Just my 2 cents

Well, John G posted while I was composing so, my reply is a little redundant.
