Very nice - the low angle light is really effective under these conditions. As for the last one - it is fortunate you weren't any closer - 400mm gives an adequate safety margin to dodge the "bullet"!

Super series, I think image nr 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 are my favorites.

Ronny thought what I did. Can't pick a favorite.

I remember kudzu from when we lived in Georgia. Strangest creature I'd never seen in California. It was almost like Doctor Zhivago with the winter scene. Surrounding you every where.

Penolta - Thanks so much! Actually was taken with the 300mm, so a bit close if he had decided to "fire!"

Patty - Kudzu is indeed an amazing vine - sometimes called "the vine that ate the South." It takes some rather extraordinary control measures - glad that the seed-eating birds are helping...
