Ugh sorry - I had a long reply written out then accidentally refreshed the page and lost it all

The short version :
Low light focusing - brilliant (with Tamron 17-50/2.8 and 43/1.9 Ltd)
High ISO - brilliant.

jpg - I forgot to switch to RAW when needed - too excited and carried away !

7D vs K5 ? Nothing in it, I'd be very happy shooting with either.

I used to do the exact same thing with RAW. Now I just shoot all event shots in RAW and don't have to think about it.
