Default Airport scanners

Hi All, just want to be sure that airport scanners won't damage my K5, and sd cards. Thanks.

I've passed through airport scanners with my K200D and SD cards half a dozen times with no problems and no ill effects to either camera or cards.

Not to worry! I have done a lot of travelling by air with my cameras and never suffered any problems due to airport scanners. The security procedure itself can be pretty annoying, though, when you have to strip half naked to get to the other side of the fence. At that time you're pretty happy the camera is in the bag inside the scanner and not in the hands of your travelling mates.

According to TSA.gov and the FAA.gov sites their is no damage to camera memory cards from the scanners.
