Probably why it's called, "Queen Anne's Lace" (at least, that's what I think that is). Nice ones!

Not Queen Anne's Lace or Cow Parsley - both of which are in the carrot family.

It's Elderberry, in the honeysuckle (caprifoliacea) family, probably common elderberry (Sambucus canadensis). Each of those pretty white flowers (if pollinated) will become a small purplish berry - great food for many birds.
