My wife asked me to take some photos of the garden and I was pleasantly surprised to find some hummers. No pics of the garden where taken today..All handheld and CC is always welcome..

Wonderful! How did your wife react when you showed her all of those outstanding hummer pictures? Hummers are much more fun (and challenging) to photograph than flowers.

I enjoy shooting hummingbirds, but have not even come close to that level of sharpness. Well done.

Thank you for your kind comments. Next time I will try HSS and spot metering. I think my wife would rather see some pics of the garden since it is at least a quarter acre , and she spends so many hours working on it..cheers travis
