well I decided to be the guinea pig and get the K5iis. So far so good. First outing was a snowy grey day and second outing was bright middle of the day walk. Sunny day was with 31mm.

Looks very good, indeed! I have thought about the IIs but really need a lens more. But it's sure tempting and I'm going to be looking closely at the photos of the early adopters.

Looks like it's working out nicely for you. I really like the bridge shot.

I'm perfectly happy with my K5. So, won't be looking to upgrade any time soon. As a matter of fact, I think I will HAVE to buy a new laptop now. Son used it to watch a movie when the power went out and now it won't boot up. It says it's fully charged, just won't get to Windows page. So, I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

I like the shots, 2nd is my favorite. Enjoy the new toy. I'm with mtngal, looking for new glass first but moving up from a 12mp sensor might be nice.
