For those that have the PENTAX K-5II/K-5IIs cameras, there are updates available for the firmware. I don't have either so I don't know what improvements/changes are involved.

It's interesting that there are separate updates for the K-5II and the IIs.

I just updated my IIs with hopes that there might be some undocumented treats, but all it seems to do is add the contrast adjustment in the LCD adjustment menu. . . I haven't really shot it enough to be able to notice any performance tweaks.

One warning -- it seems to take forever to complete -- make sure that you have a fully charged battery in the camera -- and don't worry . . .
