I've been kinda appointed the photographer for my son's cub scout pack and this past sunday was the annual pinewood derby. Enjoy.
My son's car at weigh-in. Crossing the line first. ![]() An abrupt stop. ![]() And my proud son with his racer.

Looks like fun, Ive been there a few years ago, your son is the age of my grandson. It's nice to provide the kids with the images.

He looks very proud. My son always raced every year. He's got a whole collection of cars with all his ribbons and trophies. We were amazed he ever won anything with how they looked when he was done. But, he must have been doing something right.

These photos bring back some very fine memories. I was a cubmaster for three years when my son was in elementary school, and I oversaw quite a few pinewood derbies. My son eventually made it to Eagle scout, and is now working on his masters degree. Thanks for the quick stroll down memory lane.

Brings back memories of doing this with my son and grandson. PWD is a hoot and the kids love it.
