Default Snow Day

East Tennessee is not known for snowy weather, but we do get some small snowstorms here in the valley (and some deep snows up on the mountains as well!). Here are a few views of a recent little snow at the home park.

A light snow really brings out the rock strata on some of our high bluffs...

And the still air after the storm made for some lovely soft reflections...

Not enough snow to affect wildlife activity - here are some WT Deer tracks, and a very bold Phoebe. Phoebes' diet is mostly small insects - not the easiest food to find on snowy winter days!

Thin snow also makes our park trails look even more inviting!

Very nice Mole, I like the reflection shots and the compositions on the last 2 but the last reflection is my favorite of the bunch.
