Default Gbh

I was visiting a bird shelter and in the parking lot on one of the buildings was this GBH just watching the cars. The mate was near working on a nest. The first 3 shots with my Kr and DAL 55-300 the last 2 with my Q and SMC-M 135 f3.5 (750mm field of view)

Excellent shots. That Q and K-mount combo is producing some really nice shots. I'm finding it harder to resist one, or maybe 2, get one for the wife as well.

The first shot looks menacing and majestic at the same time.

Some really fine poses, and very well captured. Amazing to see what that old manual lens can do in your capable hands!

Wonderful shots. I've never seen a GBH nest before -- I hope the inside is better padded than it appears from the outside! I'm looking forward the the arrival of our seasonal GBH population in about 4-6 weeks.

Nice shots of the GBH nest building. They do lug around some large pieces of lumber. You got some nice and different poses.

Very nice! It's interesting to compare the two cameras, the Q does a good job. I'm another that would love to have a good camera that I could put in my purse, yet put on one of my big lenses and still get good results.
