I'm sure that you had the posing carefully arranged & also the background to be 'naked' ~ presumably for text / advertising materials to be inserted later

I also presume that the posing and eye-contact arrangements were also done the same way

With these presumptions - yes you have done them a good job

You certainly did get nice lighting using the flash and umbrella reflector. No harsh shadows here!
