I took several shots of leaves and flowers, and the family cat. Two are worth posting. I like the mechanics of the lens (ie. smooth operation, light weight, and compact size. I'm curious to know if this lens has noticeable aberration at 200mm?

Gracie, the family cat (I know...such an original name...but it fits, wouldn't you say?)

Some flora from my yard

I love the lens and find it hard to take off my DS. I'm not real technical so I can't comment on your other question. I do shoot at 200mm quite a bit and am satisfied with the shots I get.

I shoot quite a bit at 200 and also have been very satisfied with my results. If you want to look at one, take a look at the roses thread. I posted 3 white rose pictures, all taken the same day. The first 2 were with the Phoenix macro lens, but the third one, the bud, was taken with the DA50-200 at 200mm.

And I forgot to mention - I love the cat - so sweet looking!
