Personally I think it is disgraceful that we have to jump through so many hoops in order to take what are, in effect, innocent photos of kids at play. This is something (without wishing to sound too sad) so joyful to watch.

The minority who are perverted need to have more apt punishments (loss of life springs to mind) so that the majority can enjoy the beautiful things in life.

I will climb off my soapbox before I really rant, but in closing I agree that so long as nothing detrimental is done to the person(s) depicted then taking the photo is fine.

oh i was joking.. just saying that if i were caught in public with that outfit on.. i'd stray away from any cameras
