In Between Songs (K10D)
These were taken at Antelope Island Utah. I was sitting on a rock pretty close to the water and here come this Meadowlark landed and sang a song. After the song I took a few photos then damned if I didn't get to hear another song. After the 2nd song a few more photos then he left. I did tell him before he left that he might think about going on a diet. After the 1st song ![]() After the 2nd song ![]() About the time the Meadowlark left this character showed up and let me get a few photos. ![]() ![]() TOTALLY WACKY roger FZ 30, Nikon TCE17, QuikAim Max RDS, Zeiss Digiscope/Sony W7, Pentax K10D |

No I haven't tried my tripod or my monopod yet. I use what ever is available, limb, tree, rock, log, car window or mybinocular harness. TOTALLY WACKY roger FZ 30, Nikon TCE17, QuikAim Max RDS, Zeiss Digiscope/Sony W7, Pentax K10D |

Roger,
Great shots. The first two pict are cool and funny. Probably the bird just stuck up the feather to feel warmer. My budgies at home do that when the heat is not enough. Utah is still in winterland I believe. What a beauty there. Daniel, Toronto |
