Hey folks,

:?I'm a beginner with photography. I've got a Pentax s-40 and I'd like to understand how I can compensate for the problems I hear people talking about (ie. over/under-exposure). I've heard someone say to use the AE spot measuring or infinite mode. I have absolutely no idea what this means. Can someone walk me through it step by step so I can understand how to do this. Also, someone said to EV shift more. Well, again I have no idea what this means. Thanks in advance for your help.:?:?:?
