Default a rare self portrait and something more familiar...

hi guys,
here is a rather hairy self portrait of me doing my best oliver reed impersination. i shot it low key with a single small light from below my chin just out of shot.

the other 2 are of my precious 1 yr old daughter Lily in two very different moods.

please feel free to comment and give advice t ohelp me improve my photography/pp...

thanks
John

Nice, interesting contrast. Might make for a good gallery series. That is, if you can find models who won't mind having their photos in hairy portraits. Great shots and pp.

Very strong portrait, like the dark lighting. As for which one I would hang on the living room wall, well that would be number two or three. Very sweet looking daughter you have there, take lots of pictures of her they grow up way too fast.

Sorry, I must have been thinking about my three year granddaughter when I was typing. Didn't mean to imply that you were as old as me.

Shes a cutie for sure..Lilly is the same as my own Granddaughters though she is much older now days.. Now for yours well reminds me of one of the boys Goosebumps movies... Floating Heads was the name..... kinda scary to me... but great comp.

Thanks Jim and sharpshotgal. Luckily Lily gets her looks from her mommy lol. The scary factor means i hit the target with that pic. Its the old torch under the face horror story look i was going for. But with the added benefit of HDR for a bit more dramatic detail

thanks for commenting
John
