This is a photo of my daughter. I borrowed my cousins SLR to take a few pics. I'm trying to learn to take photos in Manual mode. This is one of the best of the bunch from that day.I don't have extra flashes, etc. I still don't have my own SLR :sad:, butI'mplanning to purchase my own DSLR in the next couple of months. The pic was taken with a canon rebelK2 (film)using 28-80 lens.

The first photo is the original with no edits, just resizing. The second is my edit. I was wondering what I should/could have done different? Any other ideas for editing the photo?

I did notice that I cut her tu-tu off on the left. I tend to like the look of Sepia more than B&W, which is why i chose it.
