What seetings did you use??I think when People up-load pictues they should give settings and anyother info as to help others...!!!! |

Now your asking. The settings were F3.2 @ 10 seconds, spot metering and a ISO speed of 64. Then in CS boosted the saturation and used the unsharp mask.

I hope you don't mind, I tried a little levels adjustment on this. I wasn't sure if the blue cast was intentional or not.
Here are the setting I used, if anyone's curious: R: 0 1.00 192 G: 0 0.96 255 B: 0 0.83 255 |
