This is a picture of one of our buck fawns. I had it set on Macro since I was very close to him. I used the cloudy setting under Program.

Nice shot!

Focus seems spot on, and its nice and sharp. Most of it is in focus (which is good) and it seems that the eyes is more in focus than the rest.

I dont think that the macro mode was needed, as you were further away than 30-50cm it seems? You only need to use macro mode when it wont focus in normal mode.

The colours looks great as well.

If you want to improve it, try adjust the angle so you dont get the blades of grass in front of its face. But it looks very good as is.
