Look allright? Not really. Overall its too soft looking. No definition and 3D punch. The flower head is out of focus.

Not sure if the problem is so much that the flower head is out of focus or if there's camera shake involved. Try shooting close-ups like this from a tripod or something solid. It is VERY hard to keep a camera still enough for macro, where a tiny movement on your part is magnified. If it's not camera shake, then is the camera too close? Nothing really looks sharp enough to tell.

It looks a over-exposed to me, also - the camera tried to compensate too much for the darker green background (green is a color that often does better slightly underexposed anyway). If your camera has the option of using spot metering, you can try that and meter off of the yellow flower (which may make the picture a bit underexposed, but that's easier to deal with). Otherwise, try using a -Ev number if your camera will allow.

Looks a bit overexposed and blown out.
