Thanks a whole bunch guys. This is what I was looking for. I want to improve my skills so I take all critism as positive so I can fix those issues. I have never done photography before, so I'm a complete newbie. So all this is good. Thanks again.

Glad it helped and for a complete noob you are doing fine. Play with the extremes and take safe shots as well to see what the settings do to your photos. Think outside the box and try to see the world in a different way to the normal.
