The vignetting is a no, no, I would have shot it in the portrait form to see a bit more of the valley. any how, after climbing up there you must have been panting like a dog.

I understand where you guys are coming now. seeing what you said and looking at it now it doesnt look right. and actually i didnt have to climb much because theres a road that goes all the way up the mountain

I remember one of my first critiques - I couldn't understand why others didn't see what I saw, but I eventually understood that I was there and had the memory of the day to 'complete the picture', if you will. For me, the shot is reminiscent of a 70's postcard - a little faded in appearance because of the natural rather than digitally enhanced saturation. A person might try cropping the original in different ways to capture the rule of thirds just to see what happens.
