Default Arigna wind farm

A small sects of one of the many wind farms in my home townland.

Wanted a nice sweeping landscape, but sun was just too harsh so I went for a high contrast infrared conversion instead which suited the light on the day much better.

I'm aware the horizon is sloped, a necessary evil to get the main turbine straight. That's the way it is in reality anyway.

All constructive criticism welcomed.

Not sure how to do it, but I think something near one of the towers to give an idea of their scale would help. Those things are huge.

Yes, they look a lot smaller due to the shrubs[?] or are they the tops of trees hidden by the horizon.
Did you get a shot with vertical framing? Would probably be better imo.

I like how you have the sun at the axis of the nearest windmill. Nice timing!

I'm not a big fan of black & white.... though it does have a 'special feel to it' in this photo.

As others have written, some perspective (eg tree, person, building) - might help to get an idea of the size.

Some of the windmills don't appear straight (it might be they aren't, or an effect of photography, etc) - that turns me off a bit that it feels 'finished'.

Good try though, this is a tricky composition, and I think I can see what you're conveying.
